Hello!

Hi, I’m AiLinh, a Research Manager at NRG who focuses on how psychology shapes the way people choose, use, and relate to products and experiences. I’m especially interested in uncovering the “why” behind consumer behavior and using those insights to inform better products, strategies, and decisions.

At NRG, I lead research that identifies patterns in human behavior and turns them into clear, actionable, data-backed recommendations. I enjoy weaving insights into stories that are both compelling and useful for teams making real-world decisions.

 

When I’m not working, you can find me reading gothic horror novels, testing new dessert recipes, or going on a solo trip around the globe!
